Paloma Dueñas - BA | Music Therapist
Paloma Dueñas graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy and Voice. Originally from Mexico City, she has been working and living in Miami where she began her work with Alzheimer’s patients, adults with severe developmental disabilities as well as children.
With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Paloma has worked with different organizations in early childhood programs for children with special needs specializing in children within the Autism spectrum. Currently, she provides music therapy services through Whole Steps Creative Arts Center. In addition to Whole Steps, she works as a teaching artist at the Bass Babies art program and is an active multi-disciplinary artist in the community being a professional musician and showcasing her photography in local exhibitions.
